Accounts, report submission, file upload, internal review, and attorney access are not part of the public checker.
Information the checker stores
The checker stores the factual answers you provide, including contact dates and state, in an isolated database. It also records limited funnel information such as the page viewed, general device class, selected category, and preliminary outcome. It does not collect message bodies, screenshots, recordings, or uploaded evidence.
Session access
A private, HTTP-only cookie lets this browser resume the checker. Session access expires after 30 days. Do not use a shared device if you do not want another person using that browser to reopen the result.
No attorney sharing
Public-checker answers are not sent to an attorney and do not create an account, report, or attorney-client relationship. A separate notice and explicit authorization would be required before any future attorney sharing.
Website analytics
Google Analytics measures visits to approved informational pages without displaying a separate consent prompt. It receives a page path and standard browser, device, and engagement information. It is not loaded on the checker and never receives checker answers, outcomes, contact dates, state, evidence, report identifiers, message content, screenshots, or recordings.
Retention boundary
Session access expires after 30 days. A final database deletion schedule is being completed before account or evidence features open publicly. Do not enter evidence or narrative message content into the checker.
