Users must provide accurate information, preserve authentic evidence, be authorized to provide it, avoid intentional alteration, and never use the service to fabricate reports, harass, extort, or manufacture claims.
Current service scope
The public checker provides preliminary information based on the facts entered. It does not accept evidence, create an account or case file, submit a report, or share information with an attorney.
No legal representation
Use of TCPASpam does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney relationship, if any, is established separately by the attorney or law firm.
Service availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the public checker and may restrict abusive, automated, unlawful, or security-threatening use. Preserve your own records; the checker is not a permanent evidence repository.
